Unusual Z3s

Click for Larger ViewOne of the cool parts of the homecoming is seeing all the different Z3s. One of the most talked about Z3 was an M roadster with a custom paint job done Dupont. The paint color changes depending on the angle you're viewing it. Rumor is that this is a $5,000 paint job and was painted by the same shop that does Jeff Gordon's NASCAR.

Palmetto Green with Kyalami Orange Interior, or as someone called it... "The Gumby exterior with the Pokey interior". It's a color combination that drew a lot of attention, which I would assume was it's intention.

Click for Larger ViewBMW Manufacturing did something really cool with this Z3. Tim and George flew over from the UK for the Z3 homecoming, when BMW manufacturing saw that they were driving a rental car they responded by loaning Tim this Z3 for the week. It's a custom (individual) color called Mora, which was quite striking to look at. Tim keeps a Z3 color gallery webpage if you want to see the different Z3 colors.
