Global Imports was doing Dinan installs the entire weekend. Chris purchased a Dinan cold air intake and watched as Global installed it right there in the Marriott parking lot. Once they were done a small gallery gathered and hushed each other as Chris drove off to test his new intake. The crown smiled as Chris blipped the throttle and then took off down the street. With a roaring whoosh heads turned as Chris drove by a little while later.... I think he's happy with his purchase.

Eileen had recruited a group of friends to assist her in install an HMS rollbar on her 1996 Z3. Fred brought most of the tools, BMW provided the electricity, HMS loaned a tent, and her friends did the rest. It took most of the afternoon but by the end of the day Eileen had a perfectly installed rollbar. Eileen started planning this installation a couple weeks before the homecoming. It was neat to see friends come together and help Eileen with such a task.

Jay Lilley of Global Imports brought his Dinan 2.8 Z3. Cold air intake, software, exhaust, stage three suspension, wheels, breaks, and who knows what else.

As a demonstration Downing Atlanta installed a 1.9 supercharger while Z3 owners watched. I think the installation took 3.5 hours.
